Q: How much does it cost for our rescue to implement?
A: Nothing! Doggy Dash is free to implement and designed to fit seamlessly into your existing adoption process.

Q: What resources will we get to launch?
A: You’ll receive a complete program guide, volunteer manuals, adoption forms, marketing templates, insurance guidance, and scheduling tools. Once our app is complete, you’ll also have access to easy scheduling and communication features.

Q: Do we need special insurance?
A: We provide best practices and sample waivers to help you stay protected. We also recommend reviewing your liability coverage with your insurance carrier before launch.

Q: How does a Doggy Dash work?
A: Once your adoption application is approved, a trained Dasher volunteer brings your chosen dog right to your home for a trial run. If it’s a match, you finalize the adoption!

Q: Is there a cost for the trial?
A: No. You’ll only pay the standard adoption fee if you decide to finalize the adoption.

Q: What if it doesn’t work out?
A: That’s the beauty of Doggy Dash — the dog returns safely to their foster home, and we’ll help you find a better match.

Q: What does a Dasher do?
A: Dashers are volunteer drivers who safely transport dogs to trial homes. You don’t need to foster or adopt — just a reliable vehicle, a big heart, and a little time.

Q: Do I need training?
A: Yes, all Dashers receive a short training guide and orientation before they begin. Safety for you and the dogs always comes first.

Q: How much time does it take?
A: As little as an hour per Dash! You choose your availability.
